This thirty-five track double CD is a recording of Bill Murray’s Dartmoor Evening held at Church House, South Tawton, Devon on 254th January 2008.

Bill has been singing songs from the northern slopes of Dartmoor for many years. Well-known favourites like Tavvystock Goozie Vair, Widdecombe Fair and What About A Little Drop Of Cider are included, along with less familiar songs such as The Snail, Farmers Alphabet and The Knitting Song.

Dave Denford and Jim Causley also sing songs, and there is music from the Dartmoor Pixie Band, Mike Bond, Matt Norman, and the Dartmoor Bone Rattler Dave Alford
